Anteryon: We are an innovative high-tech company serving global industrial clients. We take precision to a whole new level. We design and manufacture optical precision elements and assemblies for a variety of markets including medical, semiconductor, security, automotive and construction. We specialize in the development and production of aspherical lenses, precision glass components, laser modules and opto-mechanical assemblies. Various technologies are used in this process, such as replication of optical structures, deposition, etching, lithographic patterning, CNC milling and other techniques. Our optomechanical modules and micro-optical assemblies are manufactured in our own cleanroom facilities at the new Brainport Industries Campus.

 

The job

As a PLM Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the processes and tools required for comprehensive Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) at Anteryon. You will work within the CTO organization, reporting to the CTO, while collaborating with relevant stakeholders across Anteryon’s value chain.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Design and Implementation of the PLM System: Analyze business needs, select and configure PLM tools, and ensure a user-friendly and effective system for New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
  • System Deployment and Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, IT, and engineering teams to implement PLM workflows, populate the system with accurate data, and address stakeholder requirements.
  • Integration and Data Management: Define and manage interfaces between the PLM and ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration and accurate data migration.
  • Documentation and Standardization: Support development teams by creating, standardizing, and managing technical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and work instructions in the PLM system.
  • Engineering Change Management: Implement and oversee structured processes for handling Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Orders (ECOs), including impact analysis and review meetings.
  • Training and Continuous Improvement: Provide training to users, optimize PLM processes, and ensure the system evolves to meet organizational needs.

 

We are looking for

  • You have a bachelors/master degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • You have strong problem-solving skills with proven experience in implementing PLM systems and Engineering Change processes
  • You are proficient in modern PLM tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and a solid understanding of product lifecycle processes, including BOM and change management
  • You are familiar with ERP systems and their integration with PLM to support seamless workflows
  • You have strong verbal and written communication in both Dutch and English and you are able to lead meetings, inspire teams en guide professionals.
