The job
As an Assembly Operator at Anteryon, you will be responsible for producing high-quality precision elements such as sensors, scanners, and laser modules. You will work in a cleanroom environment, ensuring that all work meets the highest quality and safety standards.
Tasks and responsibilities
- You assemble components into laser modules, scanners, and sensors in a cleanroom.
- You perform process controls using measuring equipment to ensure everything meets specifications.
- You register your work in the ERP system to ensure proper traceability.
- You maintain quality by identifying deviations and suggesting improvements.
- You contribute to improvement projects (LEAN) by optimizing processes.
We are looking for
- You have experience in a production environment (cleanroom) and possess fine motor skills.
- You work accurately and quality-oriented, with a strong affinity for technology.
- You are motivated, eager to learn, stress-resistant, and disciplined.
- Experience with microscopy, soldering, or optical assembly is a plus.
- You have good communication skills in English.
