Our expertise lies in the development and production of aspherical lenses, precision glass components, laser modules, and optomechanical assemblies. This process involves various technologies, such as optical structure replication, etching, lithography, precision machining of optical glass and ceramics, and other advanced techniques.

The job

As an Assembly Operator at Anteryon, you will be responsible for producing high-quality precision elements such as sensors, scanners, and laser modules. You will work in a cleanroom environment, ensuring that all work meets the highest quality and safety standards.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • You assemble components into laser modules, scanners, and sensors in a cleanroom.
  • You perform process controls using measuring equipment to ensure everything meets specifications.
  • You register your work in the ERP system to ensure proper traceability.
  • You maintain quality by identifying deviations and suggesting improvements.
  • You contribute to improvement projects (LEAN) by optimizing processes.

We are looking for

  • You have experience in a production environment (cleanroom) and possess fine motor skills.
  • You work accurately and quality-oriented, with a strong affinity for technology.
  • You are motivated, eager to learn, stress-resistant, and disciplined.
  • Experience with microscopy, soldering, or optical assembly is a plus.
  • You have good communication skills in English.
